The interview guide
After the informants have had time to read through the form undisturbed for some time, we asked the following general question:
1. When you have read all the questions in the questionnaire, what are your thoughts about it? [Continue with the specification of comments on each question in the tool]:

4. What do you think about the wording of this question? Is it clear enough so you can answer it unambiguously?
